The room was not what we expected, being a 10-minute walk from the bus drop, which was disappointing due to broken bathroom mirrors, outdated furniture, and bedding. On the bright side, the service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the restaurant servers. However, there was a lack of follow-through on an important fire safety complaint. The location was good overall, with the shuttle bus mostly working as planned and the staff being top-class. The dining experience was nice, offering an extensive but additional expense for a help-yourself hot and cold food selection. A formal setting was enjoyed but seemed a bit pricey for the value. The facilities were satisfactory, providing what was expected for the price paid.
